Jonathan Fox
I am a seminarian for Kansas City in Kansas, originally from Lawrence, and in my first year of theology studies (4 years down, 4 to go).
Before seminary I studied business at Pittsburg State, was a campus minister at the Newman Center for Missouri State, and I grew up a car mechanic working at my Dad’s auto repair shop.
I felt the call to seminary while attending Pitt State. I had gotten involved at the Newman Center, especially Eucharistic Adoration, where my prayer life led me to my vocation.
I enjoy building and fixing things, woodworking, table tennis, reading theology and history, and watching Kansas Jayhawks basketball.
Duc in altum,

Andy Geerling
My name is Andy Geerling and I am studying for the Diocese of Phoenix, Arizona. I am from St. Louis, MO. originally but Phoenix has been home for most of my life. I am the 2nd of 6 kids, homeschooled all the way through highschool and I first heard the call to the priesthood when I started to pray a holy hour every week. Going to Eucharistic Adoration gave me the courage to start the long process of seminary studies. I was studying at a seminary in Columbus Ohio for four years, before coming to St. John Vianney here in Denver. I am in my first of four years of studying theology.
Thanks, and I am looking forward to helping at Risen Christ.
