MEETING SCHEDULE
We have only FOUR regular meetings a year, with a potluck breakfast and a keynote speaker. Our next breakfast meeting is in April. Our planning team is looking at some wonderful speakers available in the archdiocese to help us grow spiritually.
Throughout the year, we will have several WORKING meetings, with the focus on accomplishing just one project at a time.
EUCHARISTIC ADORATION
Members of the Women of Risen Christ provide adorers for Exposition in the Adoration Chapel on Friday mornings. Sign up for one hour or two when you can!
UPCOMING MEETINGS AND EVENTS
EASTER CARDS FOR NURSING HOME AND HOMEBOUND PARISHIONERS
Mar. 13 – 29
Packets of Easter cards will be available in the usher’s closet in church beginning March 13. Please write the cards as directed, and return them to the usher’s closet by March 29. Our ministers who take Holy Communion to the nursing homes will deliver them during Holy Week.
EASTER TREAT BAG SERVICE PROJECT
Mar. 21, 9:30 a.m.
Help us make Easter treat bags for residents of Holly Heights and Rowan nursing homes. This is a great project for families with small children. Please bring individually-wrapped Easter candy, and help us assemble the treat bags.
EASTER EGG HUNT
Apr. 5, 2:15 p.m.
We need donations of filled Easter eggs for our annual children’s Easter egg hunt! Bring them to the office before Holy Thursday. Then come and help us ‘hide’ the eggs for the hunt on Easter Sunday at 2:15 p.m.
